At Exin, we conducted an ATP concentration check using the "Lumitester Smart" from Kikkoman, through the "ATP+ADP+AMP swab test (A3 method)." The A3 method is a unique measurement technique developed by Kikkoman Biochemifa that uses ATP as a contamination indicator, allowing for more sensitive measurements by also detecting ADP and AMP. ATP is a substance found in various organisms and is commonly present in many "organic materials," including food and bacteria.
